Our banquet services are available for in-house events and off-site catering.
Our menus are set up to be a basic guide when planning your event. Our catering managers and staff will be happy to assist you with any special requests during your planning process. In addition to our listed catered menus, we can also provide hors d’oeuvres and limited bartender service for your event. We have a 25 person minimum for all banquets and catered events.
Classic 1
Our Classic 1 begins with an entrée of your choice. In addition, the buffet includes two steaming hot vegetables, two fresh salads and your choice of bread prepared fresh the morning of your event. Coffee and iced tea are included. Premium entrées, such as center-cut pork chops, oven-roasted salmon and carved meats are available for a small additional charge.

Classic 2
The Classic 2 offers your guests more choices of the same mouthwatering MCL food. Select two entrées, three vegetables, tossed salad, three sides, your choice of fresh baked bread. Classic Breakfast Tray
A deliciously simple way to start the day. A selection of our homemade cinnamon rolls, bran muffins, blueberry muffins and fresh fruit salad. Includes orange juice, coffee and tea.

Breakfast At Large
Our Breakfast At Large is a hearty morning meal that will please any group. Includes your choice of two: sausage patties, bacon, ham, or sausage gravy with biscuits. Also includes scrambled eggs, hash browns, muffins, cinnamon rolls, fruit salad, coffee, tea and orange juice.

Party Trays
Our exquisite deli trays are perfect for business meetings, church groups, receptions and parties. Made of the best quality and finest ingredients, our platters are skillfully prepared and beautifully decorated by our trained staff. Please allow 48 hours notice to ensure the availability of your selection.
Small trays serve an average of 15 to 20 people. Large trays serve an average of 20 to 25 people.
Meat Platter- A selection of the finest traditional cold cuts. Slow-roasted roast beef, honey-glazed ham and oven-roasted turkey breast.
