Coconut Cream Pie- The meringue atop the vanilla cream filling is homemade. We fold coconut into the filling, fill the pie shell, top with the meringue, sprinkle flakes of coconut on top of that and finish it in the oven until it turns a light golden brown.
Custard- This savory, sweet custard combines eggs, milk and a touch of vanilla baked in a steaming hot water bath until its consistency is gently set.
Pumpkin Pie- A time-tested recipe, baked daily from the best filling of pumpkin puree in a flaky,
Pecan Pie- Made with fresh Georgia pecans, the filling is sweet yet smooth.
Cherry Pie- Our sumptuous pie is filled with sweet Michigan cherries and baked daily in our bakery.
Carnegie Deli Cheesecake- Our chef came across this traditional New York cheesecake while traveling to find the best ingredients. It's made with a cookie crust, a blend of sweet cheeses, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
Lite Pie- Each lite pie is made with NutraSweet ® rather than sugar, and either blueberry, strawberry, cherry, or apple. Availability of each pie depends on the season.
Two Cake Varieties- Choose from carrot cake, devil's food cake, lemon cake, German chocolate cake, sundae cake, or chocolate mousse cake. Every last one of them is made from scratch.
Other Desserts- Other dessert specialties like fruit and cream pies, shortcakes and other goodies are offered seasonally.
