A daily offering of one of our newest dishes, Chef’s Taste of the Day guarantees there’s always something new on the menu.
Chicken Parmesan- A fresh chicken breast, hand-breaded with seasoned crumbs from our bakery, fried to the perfect shade of golden brown, then sprinkled with fresh mozzarella cheese and baked until the chicken is tender and juicy, all smothered in delicious marinara sauce. Served with a side of pasta at your request.
Grilled Chicken Bruschetta- A char-grilled chicken breast, topped with our fresh brushetta of tomato, basil, garlic, and a melted mozzarella-provolone blend. It's fresh, it's light, and it's homemade.
Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa - A tilapia filet is well seasoned with salt and pepper, grilled and topped with a salsa of fresh mango, pineapple, red onion and cilantro. It's healthy and delicious and it will have you ordering fish with more enthusiasm than ever.
Veal Parmesan- We follow an old-world recipe, lightly breading a veal cutlet by hand with seasoned breadcrumbs, then frying it until it develops a thick, golden crust. It's sprinkled with fresh mozzarella cheese and finished in the oven. The side of pasta with marinara sauce is optional. That melt-in-your-mouth feeling is standard.
Teriyaki Chicken- A fresh chicken breast hand-basted in tangy teriyaki sauce and char-grilled to perfection. Served with an optional side of rice.
Teriyaki Pork Chop- A ten-ounce, center-cut pork chop hand-basted in tangy teriyaki sauce, char-grilled to capture its bold flavor, then finished in the oven to keep it tender and juicy. Served with an optional side of rice.
Grilled Lemon Chicken Breast- A tender chicken breast hand-basted in a light, crisp citrus vinaigrette, then grilled to seal in its flavor. Served with an optional side of rice.
Pork Chop and Dressing- A ten-ounce, center-cut pork chop mildly hand-seasoned with salt and pepper, char-grilled, then finished in the oven to seal its juicy flavor and served with a side of our famous made-from-scratch cornbread dressing.
