Veal Parmesan- We follow an old-world recipe, lightly breading a veal cutlet by hand with seasoned breadcrumbs, then frying it until it develops a thick, golden crust. It’s sprinkled with fresh mozzarella cheese and finished in the oven. The side of pasta with marinara sauce is optional. That melt-in-your-mouth feeling is standard.
Teriyaki Chicken- A fresh chicken breast hand-basted in tangy teriyaki sauce and char-grilled to perfection. Served with an optional side of rice.
Teriyaki Pork Chop- A ten-ounce, center-cut pork chop hand-basted in tangy teriyaki sauce, char-grilled to capture its bold flavor, then finished in the oven to keep it tender and juicy. Served with an optional side of rice.
Grilled Lemon Chicken Breast- A tender chicken breast hand-basted in a light, crisp citrus vinaigrette, then grilled to seal in its flavor. Served with an optional side of rice.
Pork Chop and Dressing- A ten-ounce, center-cut pork chop mildly hand-seasoned with salt and pepper, char-grilled, then finished in the oven to seal its juicy flavor and served with a side of our famous made-from-scratch cornbread dressing.
