We’re proud to use local fresh produce whenever possible. It’s more nutritious, offers better flavor
and helps smaller farmers continue to harvest great produce. When we can’t get local produce–
usually when it’s not in season– we go to great lengths to find the best quality ingredients available.
If it means looking in our own backyard for a fresh tomato, or scouring Oregon for better green beans, we find a way to use only the freshest ingredients in our meals.
