We go to great lengths to find the highest quality, freshest ingredients from some of the best growers in the country. Our executive chef hand-picks every morsel of food we serve, and he’s a very picky guy. The growers we select range from local orchards to Oregon’s finest green bean growers to truly world-class pasta makers in Italy. Quality is never sacrificed because of the time and effort we put into finding the best quality ingredients for our homemade selections.
